I had a terrible experience at this auto repair shop. I paid $70 just to have them take a quick look at my car's horn that wasn't working. It took them only about 10 minutes, and I could have easily done it myself. I thought it would be faster and less messy to have a professional do it.They also didn’t mention over the phone that it would cost $70. When I got there, the administrator was rude and told me I had to pay in cash; they don’t accept cards.I was really frustrated with the service and will definitely not be coming back. I’ll make sure to warn my friends and family about this place!

Absolutely the worst experience at this auto repair shop. I paid $70 for them to check my car's horn, which only took about 10 minutes. I could have done it myself, but I thought it would be more convenient to have it done at a shop.They didn’t tell me over the phone that the charge would be $70. When I arrived, the staff was rude, and I was told to pay in cash only—no cards accepted.I’m really unhappy with how I was treated and the service I received. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this auto repair shop. I was charged $70 just to check on the car's horn, which wasn’t working. When I arrived, the administrator yelled at me and said I had to go get cash because I couldn't pay by card.This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I will never return and will share my experience with everyone I know!

This place is fantastic. I had a repair done more than two years ago that cost me quite a bit at Firestone. Yesterday, I brought my car here for virtually the same problem a few years later and they ultimately charged me less than half that. And they didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. They also treated me the way I think we'd all like to be treated in a bit of an emergency... Very accommodating.It's a safe bet that these guys are where I'm going in the future for anything I might need. Thank you, Aarrow!
